Job Description
As a Business Analyst within the Infrastructure & Technology division, you will support a large digital transformation programme. The organisation is focusing on improving efficiency, process quality and digitalisation to support the energy transition, increased renewable integration, and major operational shifts.
You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams (functional analysts, project managers, architects, etc.), ensuring that business needs are clearly captured, challenged when necessary, and translated into effective and pragmatic IT solutions.
This position is connected to a modernisation project of the SAP landscape and its impact on infrastructure-related processes. The objectives include:
1. Mapping and reviewing affected business processes
2. Assessing the impact of changes on these processes
3. Planning and implementing required adaptations
Key Responsibilities
4. Model and redesign business processes together with stakeholders
5. Identify data concepts and assess the impact of SAP migration
6. Challenge business requirements and validate to‑be processes
7. Develop business information models (interfaces, screens, reports…)
8. Coordinate and validate requirements between business and IT
9. Review and validate IT functional analysis
10. Plan process and application adjustments
11. Test and validate system releases; support user acceptance testing
12. Contribute to change management activities: training materials, user training
13. Support the business post‑implementation in the use of new tools
Qualifications
Profile Requirements
14. Master's degree in a technical or economic field, or equivalent experience
15. 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst (requirements, processes)
16. Strong English skills (reading/writing) and fluent in one national language + good understanding of another
17. Critical analytical thinker with excellent communication skills
18. Able to work independently and collaboratively, driving consensus among stakeholders
19. Strong planning and organisational skills
20. Customer‑oriented, flexible, proactive
21. Knowledge of BPMN and UML
22. Experience with EA (Enterprise Architect), Jira, and DevOps tools is a plus
23. Experience in the energy sector is an asset
