Fujitsu is looking for a Field Support Engineer to support a major EU Institution, ensuring the smooth operation and high availability of its videoconferencing platform (Pexip) .Operational SupportOperate, monitor, and support the videoconferencing platform (Pexip), including network and system configurationsInteract at a technical level with server, network, and application teamsProvide hands-on technical operation and real-time support for videoconferences in direct contact with end usersProduce reports on conference quality and operational performanceDeliver consolidated reports on service quality and videoconferencing service centre operations
Produce technical reports including service metrics such as:Number of conferences supportedProvide technical support outside normal working hours or days when required
Certified knowledge of videoconferencing technologies (Pexip certification or equivalent highly appreciated)Architecture and technology selectionInstallation, configuration, testing, and operationsAbility to communicate effectively with end users in French and EnglishStrong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong team player
Exposure to mission-critical, large-scale videoconferencing servicesCareer development within a global technology organization
