Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee client project provisioning and logistics;
2. Assess mobile computing needs for clinical systems;
3. Provide procurement support and manage vendor relationships;
4. Evaluate shipping options and handle documentation;
5. Communicate project status and manage resources;
6. Create and update project work plans;
7. Ensure compliance with SOPs and project standards;
8. Identify and resolve provisioning issues;
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams;
10. Assist in project design, testing, and documentation;
11. Mentor staff and support business development efforts;
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
13. Knowledge of emerging technologies, service delivery, and mobile computing;
14. Experience in logistics and telecommunications;
15. Strong time management and interpersonal skills;
16. Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and respect;
17. Experience with global project rollouts;
18. Strong technical proficiency and vendor management experience;
19. Preferred knowledge of software development and testing;
20. Familiarity with cross-functional project management and IT applications;
21. Skilled in technical planning and building consensus;
22. Effective communication with senior management and direct reports;
23. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
24. Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
