Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team in São Paulo, Brazil. In this pivotal role, you will drive comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that align with our annual goals and long-term strategic vision. As a strategic partner to our business leaders, you will leverage deep insights into our commercial objectives and operational priorities to build a high-performing, engaged workforce that accelerates organizational success. * Develop and execute HR strategies and key initiatives that support annual business goals and long-term strategic plans as an active member of the leadership team
* Direct people and organization strategies informed by business insights, commercial plans, and operational objectives to drive measurable results
* Establish HR priorities, strategies, and initiatives focused on strengthening talent acquisition, building organizational capability, enhancing workplace culture, and optimizing organizational structures
* Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing clear guidance, prioritization, and coaching to support their professional development and achievement of individual and team objectives
* Provide regular, constructive coaching to managers across the organization to accelerate recruiting efforts, performance management practices, succession planning initiatives, compensation strategies, and employee engagement programs
* Manage HR budgets and financial resources efficiently while ensuring optimal allocation to support strategic priorities
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that foster an inclusive, welcoming workplace for all employees
* Oversee employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and compliance with employment law and local regulations
* Implement and optimize HR systems and technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
* Develop and communicate transparent HR policies and procedures that align with organizational values and legal requirements
* Analyze workforce data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for organizational improvement
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with senior leadership, managers, and employees at all levels
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in workforce planning, talent pipeline management, and building sustainable employee growth and capability development programs
* Demonstrated success in organizational development, organizational design diagnostics, and change management initiatives
* Strong knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and critical thinking skills for data interpretation and compensation management
* Ability to lead organizational change while providing strategic, business-focused leadership with an outside-in perspective
* Proficiency in business plan alignment and proven capability to mobilize cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives
* Extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
* Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering positive workplace cultures
* Demonstrated expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy and implementation
* Proficiency with HR systems, technology platforms, and data analytics tools
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
* Strong financial acumen and experience managing HR budgets and resources
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
* Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred
* Fluency in Portuguese and English preferred; additional language skills a plus
* Minimum of 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior HR leadership role
