As a Young Graduate, you will join an intensive two-year programme during which you will get to know our company and specifically our Finance Department. You will acquire strong expertise in financial analysis and learn how financial insights drive business outcomes.
During the 2nd year, you will also join forces with all Young Graduates to work on a cross functional project of strategic importance, sponsored by our Executive Committee.
What's more, you will gain hands-on experience in our manufacturing environment and in the field, giving you a strong end-to-end understanding of our business, from production to market.
