Description
For an international, diverse and inclusive organisation, we are looking for a Junior Business Development & Lead Support Officer to strengthen the European team based in Brussels.
You will work closely with commercial teams across Europe, Asia and Romania. This role combines administrative accuracy with a business-oriented mindset, supporting business development activities through lead management and data quality.
Key responsibilities:
* Research, identify and qualify leads for assigned Councils
* Manage campaigns and ad-hoc outreach sequences using the CRM system
* Execute outreach activities (emails, follow-ups, confirmations, rescheduling) to secure meetings for the commercial team
* Ensure accurate and complete customer and prospect data management
* Handle daily CRM-related administrative tasks with strong attention to detail
* Analyse prospect pools to support new business initiatives
* Collaborate with international teams (Europe & Asia)
* Provide general support to business development activities
Your profile
* Excellent command of English (daily working language)
* Education: Secondary education or bachelor's degree (experience and motivation matter more than diplomas)
* Experience: Junior / starter profile, open to more experienced candidates
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus)
* Highly organised, structured and detail-oriented
* Interest in commercial processes and business priorities
* Proactive, assertive and goal-driven
* Team-oriented with a professional, service-minded attitude
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Open-minded personality, comfortable in a multicultural environment
* Valid work permit required

* Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
* Permanent contract – full-time (37.5 hours/week)
