Fuse is building the next generation of student housing across Europe. We operate fully furnished student residences and shared apartments, combining real estate, hospitality, technology, and community into one platform.
We are currently live in Riga and Budapest, with an active joint venture in Poland. Antwerp is our next key market.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a City Partner to build and lead the Fuse platform in Antwerp. This is an equity-based joint venture partnership.
Together we will establish a local operating platform focused on student housing assets across Antwerp. Properties are onboarded through Property Management Agreements and Master Lease structures.
Fuse provides the brand, operating platform, technology stack, demand generation, pricing systems, and operational framework. You bring the local market access, deal flow, regulatory knowledge, and operational leadership to scale the platform in Antwerp.
What You Will Do:
Deal Origination:
• Source student housing opportunities: residential buildings for repositioning, small to mid-sized assets, and larger PBSA projects
• Build relationships with property owners, developers, and investors interested in long-term operating partnerships
Asset Onboarding:
• Coordinate fit-out, refurbishment, and property launches
• Manage local contractors and vendors
Local Operations:
• Build the Fuse presence in Antwerp and establish the local team covering leasing, tenant onboarding, facility operations, and community management
Platform Growth:
• Scale the Antwerp portfolio through additional landlord partnerships, with the ability to expand into asset ownership and asset management as the platform matures
Who This Is For:
You are an entrepreneur or senior real estate operator based in Antwerp. You likely come from student housing, real estate development, residential asset management, brokerage with strong landlord relationships, or hospitality/living sector operations.
You bring:
• A strong network with landlords, developers, and investors
• Access to off-market or early-stage deal flow
• Deep knowledge of the Antwerp real estate market and regulatory landscape
• Entrepreneurial drive to build a platform from the ground up
You must be based in Antwerp.
