We are recruiting our future HR Manager based in Brussels. This position, essential to the smooth running of our Brussels office, ensures the continuity of the HR function and local operational management. The Brussels office currently has 30 employees. It is uniquely multicultural, composed of French- and English-speaking talents working together to build an integrated European media company. At Contexte, your mission is to be the heartbeat of our Brussels offices. Under the supervision of the HR Directorate, you will play a central role in guaranteeing the well-being of our teams and the efficiency of our daily operations in an international and demanding environment. To do your job well, we have a method: Ensure continuity and compliance : lead the HR function by building on established foundations while guaranteeing strict respect for the legal framework. Be on the ground : act as an accessible and proactive resource person for all Brussels employees. Work in synergy : collaborate closely with the HR team in Paris and local service providers to bring our commitments to life. Missions As HR Manager, you are the operational liaison for the HR Directorate in Brussels. Your mission consists of managing the employee life cycle and orchestrating office life. Manage Human Resources HR Administration & Payroll : under the supervision of the HR Director, you ensure administrative management (contracts, amendments) and co-manage payroll in direct collaboration with the payroll manager (based in Paris) and our social secretariat (Securex). Legal Watch & Compliance : you ensure a constant HR legal watch on Belgian social legislation in order to regularly update our contractual documents, our internal processes, and our work regulations. Compensation Policy : you ensure the application of the compensation policy already implemented within the company. Recruitment & Onboarding : you collaborate with the recruitment officer to attract talent and orchestrate their full integration into the Brussels office. Monitoring & Development : you organize training, coordinate annual evaluations, and lead initiatives promoting fulfillment at work. Ensure the smooth running of the office (Office Management) Events & Team Life : you orchestrate the organization of internal and external events as well as meetings, in order to strengthen cohesion and the fluidity of exchanges within the Brussels office. Operational coordination: working alongside the Office Manager in Paris, you will manage our workspaces, supervise external service providers (maintenance, supplies, cleaning) and ensure that the premises remain fully functional at all times. Logistical Support : a true resource person, you anticipate daily needs to guarantee a serene and dynamic work environment.
