Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Procurement Senior Consultant
Location: Brussels South Area, Belgium (Hybrid – Min. 3 days onsite/week)

Role Overview
As a Senior SAP Consultant, you will lead the Business Blueprint phase of an SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation, focusing on procurement processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design and standardize procurement workflows, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and integration across modules.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Blueprint Leadership:
* Drive the fit-to-standard workshops for procurement processes (Materials Management, Self-Service Procurement, Lean Services, Ariba integration).
* Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional/technical designs.
* Process Design & Implementation:
* Design end-to-end procurement processes for spare parts, capital projects, MRO, indirect spend (materials/services), and facility management.
* Configure and demo SAP S/4HANA Procurement functionalities (e.g., catalogs, flexible workflows).
* Develop proofs of concept (POCs) and evaluate solutions for complex requirements.
* Integration & Collaboration:
* Ensure seamless integration with MM, PP, PM, QM, and FICO modules.
* Advise on best practices for industries like heavy industrial, MRO, capital projects, or public sector.
* Stakeholder Management:
* Conduct user training and workshops.
* Provide expertise in maintenance, facility management, and indirect procurement.
Required Skills & Experience
* Functional Expertise:
* Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Procurement (Materials Management, Self-Service Procurement, Ariba, Lean Services).
* Knowledge of procurement for capital projects, MRO, and indirect spend.
* Industry Background:
* Preferred: Heavy industrial, MRO, public sector, or capital projects.
* Project Experience:
* Proven track record in Greenfield implementations, especially during the Business Blueprint phase.
* Ability to design and document AS-IS/TO-BE processes.
* Soft Skills:
* Fluent in French/Dutch (native-level in one) and English.
* Strong analytical, workshop facilitation, and client-facing skills.
