Work AS One, aka WASO, is launching its products and needs a medior full stack developer with frontend specialization. You'll work closely with senior developers and the Product Owner to build high-quality web and mobile applications. REQUIREMENTS :
Frontend and Backend Development
You are a strong technical contributor, ensuring our solutions are well-designed, high-quality, and robust.
Full stack developer with frontend specialization:
Develop projects and solutions in close collaboration with the dev team.
Strong expertise in React and React Native; Java/Spring backend skills.
Deep interest in frontend architecture and API integrations within development systems.
Quality, security, and deployment:
Contribute to maintaining high standards for frontend and backend quality, security, testing, and continuous deployment.
Participate in the deployment process, ensuring stability and client happiness after launch.
Product alignment :
Work hand-in-hand with the Product Owner and the dev team to turn the Product vision into frontend functional (MockUp) and technical reality.
Technical Roadmap:
Participate in the technical roadmap and contribute to the technical roadmap aligned with company goals.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
Proven experience (3-5 years) in full stack web and mobile development.
Full Stack background with frontend specialization (React expertise essential; React Native mobile development experience required; Java background and spring is a strong plus;).
Fluent in both french and english (required). Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to foster strong team spirit. Dutch is a plus.
High flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and embrace ambiguity.
