What Youll Be Doing
* Support French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email
* Troubleshoot common product or service issues (dont worry, well train you!)
* Ensure smooth customer experiences and accurate records
* Collaborate with a friendly, multicultural team
What You Bring
* C2-level French and at least B2-level English
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Curiosity, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
* No previous experience needed just a willingness to learn
