Contracting – Brabant Wallon The selected candidate will work directly with the manager, who currently manages all 18 vendors alone. The new hire will take over the management of 4 to 6 vendors independently, including leading bi-weekly meetings with them. Typical Day: Lead and manage vendor meetings (mostly with Asian suppliers). Maintain and update quality agreements. Handle investigations, deviations, and change controls. Collaborate with internal teams (QA, MSAT, AST, Supply Network). Use Veeva Quality Docs (knowledge is a plus but not mandatory). Ensure clear, concise communication with non-native English speakers. 3 years' experience minimum Strong customer-facing and communication skills. Experience in vendor management (ideally in pharma, but other industries like food are acceptable). Fluent English (mandatory due to Asian vendor base). Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities. High level of organization and professional behavior. Understanding of quality agreements and audit processes. Nice to Have: Experience with Asian clients. Background in pharmaceutical manufacturing or QA. Familiarity with Veeva Quality Docs.
