Overview
PM Group are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to manage contractual aspects of mechanical, electrical, and piping (MEP) packages for a major pharmaceutical construction project in Belgium.

Responsibilities
1. Administer contracts for mechanical, electrical, and piping installations
2. Manage subcontractor agreements and variations for MEP disciplines
3. Process and evaluate change orders and contract modifications for MEP works
4. Coordinate with MEP contractors, suppliers, and engineering teams
5. Monitor contract compliance and technical deliverable milestones
6. Prepare and review contract documentation, amendments, and extensions
7. Manage payment applications and progress certificates for MEP packages
8. Maintain comprehensive contract records and correspondence
9. Resolve contractual disputes and claims related to MEP installations
10. Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical GMP and utility standards
11. Support procurement activities for specialized MEP equipment and systems
12. Coordinate with project management, engineering, and commercial teams
Qualifications
13. Minimum 3-5 years contracts administration experience
14. MEP construction background, preferably pharmaceutical/cleanroom projects
15. Knowledge of process piping, HVAC, electrical systems, and utilities
16. Experience with MEP installation contracts and specialized equipment procurement
17. Understanding of pharmaceutical validation and commissioning requirements
18. Strong analytical and negotiation skills
19. Proficient in contract management software and MS Office suite
20. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
21. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
22. Fluent English required; French/Dutch language skills beneficial
23. Valid EU work authorization
24. Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
25. Professional certification in contract administration
26. Experience with MEP systems preferably within pharmaceutical facility
27. Knowledge of Belgian electrical and mechanical codes
28. Understanding of GMP and validation processes
