Your Key Responsibilities
4. Partner with Placement, Advisory Leaders, and Client Executives to craft and implement renewal and placement strategies tailored to client needs.
5. Analyze carrier quotes and provide insightful evaluations to senior Advisory colleagues and clients, helping shape effective insurance solutions.
6. Support senior Advisory team members in achieving business goals and responding to RFPs by conducting research and preparing essential documentation.
7. Ensure accuracy in coverage specifications by managing follow-ups with underwriters on coverage changes.
8. Build and nurture strong client and market relationships to deliver seamless execution of client programs.
9. Stay ahead of market trends by actively sharing knowledge internally, contributing to our collective expertise.
10. Drive client retention through innovative risk solutions and outstanding service delivery.
What You Bring to the Table
11. Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
12. Fluent in both English and Dutch.
13. 1-2 years of successful experience in Marine Hull or a background in P&I, MGA, or Property Insurance with a strong desire to develop into this highly specialized line of insurance.
14. Proactive mindset with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
15. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
16. Discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential information.
