Nexeo Belgium is looking for an Experienced Scrum Master / Feature Delivery Owner to join the RTC Squad within the DataHub Tribe of a leading financial institution in Belgium. The RTC Squad focuses on delivering data solutions related to Retail Customer and Channel insights, working with a diverse technology landscape that includes Business Intelligence (Oracle, Informatica, Tableau), Big Data solutions, and Mainframe environments. Your mission As Scrum Master, you will act as the cornerstone of the squad, ensuring the application of agile principles—especially Scrum—to maximize outcomes. You will protect the team from distractions, facilitate collaboration, and coach members, stakeholders, and business lines on best practices. In addition, you will take on the role of Feature Delivery Owner, overseeing end-to-end feature delivery from ideation to deployment, ensuring business alignment, timely delivery, and expected quality. Key responsibilities Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Planning, Retrospectives, and other key meetings. Plan and monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met and methodology is respected. Remove obstacles that block delivery and maintain the flow of the Scrum process. Support the Product Owner in managing the Product Backlog, maintaining the Sprint Backlog, and tracking delivery with capacity/velocity metrics. Coach the team towards self-organization and protect them from unnecessary interruptions. Act as an ambassador of agile practices across the organization, ensuring transparency, risk management, and alignment through activities like Scrum of Scrums. Your profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience). Minimum 6 years of relevant experience. Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Proficiency in agile tools such as Jira or Rally. Knowledge of automated testing tools and continuous integration is a plus. Strong project management skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills. Servant leader mindset: empathetic, pragmatic, proactive, and collaborative. Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
