What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
* Lead multiple cross-functional teams or Agile Release Train (ART) in implementing Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and Lean practices
* Facilitate team meetings such as Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, and Retrospectives to improve performance and value delivery
* Support the team's efforts to enhance communication and relationships with other teams and stakeholders
* Eliminate impediments by engaging relevant stakeholders to achieve Iteration or PI objectives
* Foster a Lean-Agile Mindset within the team and the broader program to drive business agility
What Is Required (Qualifications)
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in Lean and Agile methodologies, including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or Kanban lead
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
* Certified Scrum Master (CSP) required; SAFe Scrum Master Certification preferred upon hire
* Proven success in leading multiple Agile teams to maturity and improved customer outcomes
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
* Experience as a Scrum Master on a SAFe Agile Release Train
* Knowledge of value stream mapping and system-level optimizations
* Experience in leading change and continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams
* Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer preferred
* Certified Scrum Professional preferred
