Function Our OEM Sales team, composed of about 40 employees, located on the Braine-l'Alleud site, is currently looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen its team.What you’ll be doingAs a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the strategic link between Aisin Corporation and a major European OEM. You’ll lead negotiations, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure customer satisfaction remains top-tier; all while drivingbusiness growth and innovation.Your key responsibilities will include: Leading commercial negotiations aligned with Aisin’s business strategyTranslating customer needs into actionable insights for internal teamsManaging and coordinating automotive projectsMonitoring customer KPIs and driving improvement plansPreparing accurate sales forecasts and budgetsCoaching and developing a Key Account CoordinatorContinuously learning and participating in internal/external training Profile Must-Haves: University degree (preferably in business/sales)Solid experience in OEM Sales (5+ years)Strong negotiation and project coordination skillsFluent in EnglishDetail-oriented and organizedWillingness to travel occasionally Nice-to-Haves: Working knowledge of FrenchAdvanced Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word & Outlook Offer Applications submitted by external recruitment agencies will not be considered.
