Position üYou lead the entire F&B service team and are directly responsible for the management and supervisors of all F&B operations: Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Meetings & Events, with a total net revenue of 5 million, almost evenly split between Restaurant/Bar/Room Service on the one hand and Meetings & Events on the other\. You are part of the HOD level and participate in the Management Scheme incentive program\. You report directly to the 3D team \(Commercial, HR & Finance Directors\) and operationally align closely with the General Manager\.
