About the roleYou will join a small, specialised team (3 people, growing to 4) and report directly to the Head of Treasury & Credit Management. You will work closely with colleagues within Finance as well as with international entities.
Your roleSupporting and coordinating debt and financing initiativesPreparing and following up on loan agreements and lease facilitiesMonitoring compliance with financial covenants and contractual obligationsActively contributing to budgeting and cash flow forecastingManaging and developing bank relationshipsSupporting FX management activitiesMonitoring cash and debt reporting at group levelActing as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on treasury-related mattersPlaying an active role in the future implementation of a TMS systemIdentifying and implementing process and efficiency improvements
Who you areMaster's degree (e.g. Economics, Business Engineering, Finance)3–5 years of relevant experience in controlling, audit, financial analysis or treasuryFirst experience in treasury is a plusAffinity with international structures and complex reportingStrong Excel skills; knowledge of ERP systems, databases or BI tools is a plusVery good command of EnglishAnalytical, hands-on, autonomous and pragmatic
