Requirements

* Proficiency in configuring Android, macOS, and iOS devices.
* Basic networking knowledge, server maintenance, event/security log monitoring, and ticket management tools.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
* CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation certification.
