Opportunity
As a Communication Specialist at ILIAS Solutions, you will drive the development and execution of our internal communication strategy, ensuring alignment on business strategy and organisational change, and enable the development of a strong corporate drive and organizational culture. You will collaborate closely with leadership and key stakeholders to deliver clear, consistent, and impactful messaging across all levels of the organization. You also have a role in employer branding.
You will be the 'lubrication oil' in a fast growing company, in an accelerating market.
Your mission
* Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and continuously improve the internal communication strategy in alignment with business objectives.
* Content Creation: Plan, write, and edit engaging content for a variety of channels (intranet, newsletters, digital signage, video, podcasts, town halls, etc.).
* Channel Management: Maintain and optimize internal communication platforms, ensuring message consistency across all mediums and departments.
* Manager Enablement: Provide tools, templates, and guidance for managers to effectively cascade messages to their teams.
* Employee Engagement: Organize and support initiatives and events that foster engagement, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture.
* Change Communication: Support change management communication efforts, ensuring timely and transparent information flow.
* Employer Branding: Develop a distinct identity and story that reflects the organization's culture and values to attract the right candidates.
* Measurement & Reporting: Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness using analytics tools and employee feedback; report insights and recommendations to leadership.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between departments, gathering input and ensuring communication needs are met across the organization.
Your capabilities
* Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills (in particular English)
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience with internal communication tools and analytics platforms.
* Project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Experience in change management is a plus.
* Degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
* Creative, proactive, outgoing, and solution-oriented mindset.
