Job Description:
Civil, Structural, and Architectural Design Manager is a key position within our Pre Construction team. Based in Mons, Belgium, the role will focus on managing design deliverables for various projects across sectors including Food, Pharmaceutical, Logistics, Data Centre, and Advanced Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage design deliverables in accordance with construction requirements
* Coordinate all design matters between project stakeholders – Client,specialist designersesubcontractorsandProjectTeam
* Implement quality assurance processes as per consultants' contracted scope of services
The Technical Engineering Specialistwill lead monthly/weekly reportstounderstandongoingdesignstatus.
The BIM Coordination Processis an essential partofthese responsibilities.The person must co-lead this process withtheBIM Team.
The technical specialistmust possessexcellent knowledgein CADprograms,BIMtechnologies,and their implementation,
Safe application of building standardsandspecifications are also required.
