SII Belgium is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Industrial Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible of end-to-end management of new projects for various clients in the Aeronautic & Defense Sector.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the management of one or more projects
* Ensure the project team's commitment to the business in terms of scope, planning, cost, and quality management.
* Address changes to the project as needed.
* Manage all aspects of projects to meet established standards.
* Ensure work is executed according to the correct standard and follows the process and methodology defined
* Assess and manage risks associated with a particular project
* Monitor project budget adherence.
* Coordinate the efforts of various team members, planning and scheduling work tasks and responsibilities.
* Manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
* Prepare required reports and presentations.
* Monthly review of projects
* Alignment of projects with company strategy
Requirements:
* Master's degree in engineering or aeronautic
* At least 5 years of experience as Project Manager in industrial environment with relational skills and first training in project management
* Specific knowledge of the aero & defense industry
* Great team working abilities
* Good communication skills and able to adapt to different interlocutor
* Attention to detail and organized
* Experience in Agile environment
* You know best practices in project management such as PMI or PMP.
* Fluent in English, ideally good level in French
