Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer expectations.
* Motivate and develop a high-performing team of Field Service Engineers.
* Optimize field service processes to increase efficiency and quality.
* Analyze and improve service performance metrics to enhance profitability.
* Solve complex customer issues and complaints effectively.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting on service-related activities.
* Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support service goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Technical degree or equivalent experience.
* At least 5 years of experience in Service Delivery Management or a similar role.
* Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
* Exceptional customer service and technical skills.
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* Fluency in multiple languages, including Dutch, French, and English.
