About us
The University of Luxembourg is an international research university with a distinctly multilingual and interdisciplinary character.
To be at the forefront of innovation in teaching and learning, the University has established the Institute for Innovative Teaching and Learning (I²TL). I²TL operates across three interlinked pillars, namely Teacher Development, Digital Education, and the Education Innovation Fund (EIF), to promote excellence in pedagogy, support technology-enhanced learning, and catalyze student-centered educational innovation across the institution. The Institute emphasizes students as partners and co-creators in the design, testing and implementation of innovations. The EIF provides structured, biannual calls and an application and review process to fund initiatives that transform curricula, assessment and learning experiences, particularly those that are interdisciplinary, multilingual and student-centered.
Your role
As part of the I²TL founding team, the Project Officer will manage the end-to-end operations of the Education Innovation Fund and associated activities. * Design, document and continuously improve workflows for transparency, fairness and quality. Monitor outcomes and KPIs. Ensure compliance with institutional procedures, data protection and procurement rules
* Track commitments and expenditures against the EIF envelope. Provide periodic financial overviews and forecasts
* Liaise closely with I²TL's other pillars coordinators, internal and external stakeholders to amplify impact and visibility
* Prepare briefings, dashboards, presentations and annual reports for internal and external audiences. Support dissemination (web content, information sessions, showcases of funded projects)
* Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader
Your profile
