About The Job
* Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
* Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
* Prepare compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
* Stay informed about industry trends and market demands.
* Provide sales reporting and performance analysis to senior management.
What We Need
* You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in project management, engineering, construction, or professional services.
* Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Dutch and English.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop strategic sales plans.
* Willingness to travel around Belgium for client meetings and industry events.
* Knowledge of CapEx investment cycles and project management services is a plus.
* Experience with enterprise-level clients in industries such as FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, or Energy is an advantage.
