We are looking for a
Functional Analyst & Project Manager
to support projects within the Passenger Information domain. You will work on Publication Channels such as onboard train systems (TIS), online operational tools, and station solutions.
In this role, you will analyse business needs, translate requirements, coordinate stakeholders, and follow up the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Analyse business processes, requirements, use cases, and defects
* Support end-to-end project delivery: analysis, design, testing, deployment, support
* Conduct gap and impact analysis for new or changing solutions
* Organize and document meetings, workshops, and status updates
* Collaborate with developers, testers, and international vendors
* Prepare and support UAT, handle defect follow-up
* Maintain clear functional documentation and change logs
* Manage planning, reporting, incidents, and project status
* Propose solutions and support decision-making
Experience & Skills
* 6+ years as
IT Analyst
and
Project Manager
* Experience working with international suppliers
* RFP experience is an advantage
* Strong Linux knowledge (command line)
* Solid SQL skills (queries, analysis)
* Experience with script automation
* Experience with vendor-based applications
* Tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Project
Project Management
* Able to run meetings and manage stakeholders
* Strong analytical and documentation skills
* Able to build planning and status reports
* Comfortable presenting in front of an audience
* Good understanding of diagrams, architecture basics, and functional flows
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science
* Prince2 Foundation certified
* Experience with Agile / SAFe methodology
* English (C1), French (B2), Dutch (B2)
