For an upcoming business performance consultancy with HQ at the edge of Brussels we are currently looking for new sales talent to join their tribe!
They are currently active in over 15 countries and manage more than 15.000 projects in R&D and innovation on a yearly basis.
Your role
As an entrepreneurial account manager your main role is to sell business performance trajectories to enterprise level clients.
You start by getting a good understanding of your clients current situation and challenges to get a notion on how they would like to evolve.
This entails that you have a good knowledge of financial and operational processes and can engage in deep-dive conversations on these topics.
After aligning with the in-house consultants you will pitch an action plan and follow-up until implementation.
Your profile
* Your friends would describe you as down-to-earth, ambitious and sociable
* Your colleagues see you as a loyal team-player who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo and go above and beyond for clients
* You have at least 4 years of experience in a B2B sales role (preferably in solution selling)
* You are fluent in Dutch
