Job Description
Deliver educational and consultancy services to our customers as well as handle customer related product or service requests
Your Role
* Develops and executes an instruction program for the users, in order to maximize the independence of the user with regard to the operation of the system and choice of functions.
* Customizes the system to the specific wishes of the users, in close contact with project management and account management, in order to maximize the performance for each specific user.
* Monitors the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, in order to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system.
* Keeps in close contact with the product group, in order to increase/maintain the application knowledge and be timely informed about new developments.
* Participates in the development of new functionality or the development of improved system settings.
* Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.
* Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
You're The Right Fit If
* You have acquired a minimum of 4 years of experience with special focus on diagnostic imaging (CT, MR, X-ray) ideally operating Philips equipment.
* You hold a bachelor's degree in medical Imaging, Radiology or related careers.
* Your skills include basic to intermediate English level, effective communication and presentation skills, customer and patient oriented and ability to build and nurture relationships.
* You own a Vehicule and have availability to travel to customer sites in Argentina and LATAM.
