As an Office & Management Assistant, you enjoy playing a crucial role in supporting the team by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. You like to be responsible for various administrative and management tasks, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Perform general office duties such as filing, organising, and maintaining records. Trilingual in English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written). Previous experience in an office administration or management role, preferably in a highly professional environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
