Job Description
What you will do:
* Design learning journeys that support employees’ growth, from their first job experience to leadership roles, and translate plans into programs that really work.
* Use the LMS, dashboards, and reporting tools to bring structure and insight, while experimenting with new digital formats.
* Give training materials a fresh, creative touch: presentations and e-learnings that look good and stick.
* Coordinate training, events, and internal communication seamlessly to keep everything running smoothly.
* Monitor the impact of learning initiatives through feedback, quizzes, and observations—and adjust where needed to maximize results.
Candidate Profile
Who you are:
* You have solid experience in Learning & Development: you know how to design plans, facilitate training, and contribute to strategic thinking.
* You move easily between numbers and creativity: from building an Excel dashboard or Power BI analysis to designing an inviting Canva template. Besides that experience with an LMS-program is a must.
* You thrive in a dynamic environment, work independently, and gain energy from collaboration.
