Your role
You contribute to SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain implementations that help organisations optimise and future-proof their supply chain processes. From day one, you are involved in core project activities and work closely with both customers and experienced consultants.
You are trusted with responsibility early on, while receiving the guidance and coaching needed to grow fast and confidently.
Your growth
Your journey starts with the SOA People Academy — a 6-week international training programme focused on SAP Supply Chain, business processes and consulting skills. By working on real-life cases, you build a strong foundation to move quickly into challenging projects.

What matters & how we hire
You are a young graduate with a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a closely related field and are motivated to build a career in SAP consulting. Fluency in Dutch or French, and English, is mandatory.

Discovery Day
Our recruitment process is simple and transparent. After a short introductory call, selected candidates are invited to a Discovery Day, where everything happens in one day: an introduction to SOA People, an informal lunch with future colleagues and two interviews.
