Your Role
As a service/troubleshooting technician, you will be responsible for resolving technical faults and carrying out maintenance and repairs on our machines and installations at our concrete plant in Ranst for Socea.
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Mechanical
o Installing and adjusting chains, conveyor systems and belt drives
o Operation and connection of gearboxes
o Performing preventive maintenance
* Pneumatics
o (Dis)assembly of air pipes and fittings
o Locating and rectifying faults
o Knowledge of pneumatic components and compressors
* Hydraulics
o Replacing and repairing hydraulic pumps, seals, hoses and couplings
* Electrical
o Strip and connect electrical wiring
o Connecting electrical cabinet
o Measuring motors
o Basic measurement techniques for troubleshooting
Your Profile
* You have proven experience in a similar position
* You hold a degree in electricity or electromechanics
* Possession of a VCA, BA4 or BA5 is a big plus!
* You are flexible with a positive attitude
* Physical work does not scare you and you like working in a team
* You speak Dutch, French/English is a plus
* You live in the Antwerp region or you are willing to travel to Ranst
