To strengthen our Projects & Operations team, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who is passionate about customer success and operational excellence. As a Service Delivery Manager, you play a key role in ensuring our customers get maximum value from our solutions. You act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery. You combine a strong customer focus with a structured and proactive approach, continuously improving how we deliver our services.
Responsibilities
Delivering excellent service to our customers
* Build strong relationships with customers and understand their organization, stakeholders and objectives
* Ensure customers get the most out of our solutions by optimizing their usage
* Act as the first point of contact for operational topics (incidents, changes, service requests, …)
* Monitor service performance and ensure SLA agreements are met
* Prepare and lead service delivery meetings with customers
* Document issues, solutions and processes clearly
Collaborating across teams
* Work closely with the Operational Account Manager on customer follow-up, incidents and growth opportunities
* Align with engineering teams on bug fixes, releases and change requests
* Share customer feedback with product teams to improve our solutions
* Identify upsell opportunities and communicate them internally
Driving continuous improvement
* Identify improvements in processes, tools and ways of working
* Contribute to building documentation, templates and knowledge sharing
* Support a culture of learning through retrospectives and feedback
* Help strengthen our service delivery capabilities across the organization
Job requirements
* You have experience in a customer-facing or service delivery role (e.g. Service Delivery Manager, Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, …)
* You are structured, analytical and able to manage multiple stakeholders
* You have a strong customer-first mindset and focus on delivering value
* You take ownership and proactively look for improvements
* You communicate clearly and confidently with both customers and internal teams
* You are stress-resistant and flexible in a dynamic environment
* You are fluent in Dutch & English
