Our Marketing Communication team is looking for a Campaign Manager to join its team ! What you#39;ll be doing : Orchestrating communication projects. From the initial receipt of the briefing through to the final debriefing of the campaign, you ensure all stages are managed and aligned with company guidelines and key strategic moments.Organizing and animating communication effectively across various media owners at each stage of the project lifecycle, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.Coordinating content production seamlessly with channel experts (digital, in-store, etc.) from the validated concept stage through to final delivery across all relevant platforms.Coordinating comprehensive campaign reporting, you analyze all results, and share key takeaways and actionable insights to inform future strategies.Establishing and continuously improving efficient ways of working and processes to optimize campaign execution and delivery.Collaborating with diverse stakeholders and experts, including the commercial team, legal department, media owners, external partners, and internal peers.As Campaign manager, you have a lot of energy and a positive attitude which maintain a positive perspective in challenging situations. You are proactive and demonstrate a strong collaborative spirit to achieve common goals. You are known for your strong organizational skill, you have proven capability to organize projects efficiently and effectively lead teams or project groups to successful outcomes. You possess strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently convey ideas, convince stakeholders, and motivate individuals and teams.Moreover, you have also Marketing strategy know-how (brand building, market share analysis, trend analysis, media plan building, consumer insights…).Analytics skills to read, understand, synthesize market studies.Media knowledges - Advanced knowledge of available media solutions (360 side).Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (account manager, campaign planner, media planner, etc.)Languages : French and/or Dutch.
