As a
Sales Admin & Delivery Employee
, you will play a key role in the vehicle delivery process, ensuring smooth administration and efficient coordination. You will help provide customers with a seamless and exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Registering new cars, invoicing on the day of delivery, and processing proof of payment
* Managing financing and maintenance contracts, preparing delivery documents, and assembling welcome packages
* Maintaining accurate administration and filing of all delivery files
* Coordinating transport and logistics for vehicle deliveries
* Scheduling appointments for vehicle handovers and following up on files
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in an administrative role with customer contact
* Good knowledge of Office applications (Excel, Word). Knowledge of a dealer computer package (Incadea) is a plus
* Fluent in Dutch, French and English
* Excellent communication skills
* A true team player who thrives in collaboration and communicates effectively
* Organized and precise while remaining flexible when needed
* Dynamic, solution-oriented, and always ready to take initiative
