Plant Reliability Optimization Specialist
A Reliability Engineer is responsible for setting up and monitoring preventive and predictive maintenance plans, supporting yearly maintenance shutdowns, and analyzing mechanical data to develop optimization plans for plants in operation. This role involves coordinating and implementing optimization projects, using analysis tools, and collaborating with experts to identify problems and solutions.

The Role Involves:
* Setting up and monitoring preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
* Supporting and advising during yearly maintenance shutdowns, including reporting.
* Analyzing mechanical data to develop optimization plans for plants in operation.
* Coordinating and implementing optimization projects.
* Using analysis tools and collaborating with experts to identify problems and solutions.
* Reporting and providing feedback to teams.
* Communicating with stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have several years of experience in industrial operations, a proven track record in maintenance and optimization projects, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with analysis tools. Familiarity with SQL databases is also an advantage. The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in a relevant field and significant work experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages such as French and Dutch is highly valued.
