Your Role – Job Student (Summer 2026, July–August)
As a job student, you will be fully integrated into our daily operations and support different teams, with a focus on marketing and HR tasks. This is a practical, hands‑on experience in a dynamic, international communication agency.
You will:
* Support the marketing & communications team with content scheduling, social media support, campaign monitoring and basic reporting.
* Assist the HR team with administrative tasks (contracts, onboarding documents, absence tracking, internal communication, event support).
* Help organize internal activities, events and well‑being initiatives.
* Contribute to our intranet, internal newsletters and internal communications.
* Act as a first point of contact for small operational questions from colleagues (logistics, office supplies, room bookings, etc.).
What We Expect
* You are a student (bachelor or master) in marketing, communication, HR, business administration or a related field.
* You are bilingual (FR/EN or NL/EN), with good written and spoken skills.
* You are organized, precise, proactive and service‑oriented.
* You are comfortable working with Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and basic digital platforms.
* You are available full‑time for July and August 2026 (or at least 3–4 weeks in July + August).
* First experience in marketing, HR or an agency environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
