You manage a complex and high-impact account with national visibility and act as the primary point of contact for both the customer and internal stakeholders such as Customer Service, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal. What Your Workday Looks Like Throughout the week, you participate in various commercial and strategic meetings with both customers and internal stakeholders. You attend weekly Key Account Management meetings where business results, volume management, and commercial priorities are discussed together with the team. In addition, you regularly lead customer team meetings with colleagues from marketing, field sales, and trade marketing to align plans, activations, and priorities for your retailer. You hold business reviews and strategic discussions with one of Belgium’s largest retailers. You identify growth opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and continue building a long-term partnership on a national level. Your role constantly shifts between strategic negotiations, data analysis, stakeholder management, and the development of Joint Business Plans. What Will You Do Be responsible for achieving revenue, market share, and margin targets within retail Negotiate (multi-year) commercial agreements and optimize trading conditions with a focus on sustainable and profitable growth Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with a strategic retail partner, focused on long-term value creation Act as the main point of contact for headquarters and senior decision-makers on the customer side Analyze commercial, shopper, and performance data to optimize category and account performance Identify growth opportunities within assortment, promotions, activations, and supply chain collaboration Work closely with internal teams to successfully implement customer strategies Who Are You You are a commercial talent with a strong drive and vision, someone who gets energized by strategic selling, building relationships, and delivering results.
