To support our fast-growing telecom activities, we are looking for a Prevention Advisor Level 2 or on the way to acquiring Level 2 who will play a key role in ensuring safe working environments across both mobile and fixed network construction projects.
As member of the Health and Safety team, your Key Responsibilities :Risk Analysis & Assessments: Conduct risk analyses for network construction, installation, and maintenance activities, both on-site and in office-based projects;Incident & Accident Investigation: Investigate incidents and near-misses, perform root cause analyses, and define corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence;Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with Belgian safety legislation and telecom-specific standards through inspections, audits, and safety reviews;Safety Culture Development: Work closely with engineers, contractors, project managers, and management to promote a strong safety culture across the organization;Training & Awareness: Support the development and delivery of safety trainings, toolbox meetings, and awareness campaigns for internal teams and external partners;Project Support: Act as a safety partner for telecom projects, advising engineering and deployment teams throughout the project lifecycle;Certified Prevention Advisor Level 2 or in the process of acquiring Level 2;Fluent in French or Dutch, with a good professional knowledge of English, Romanian is a plus;Able to work independently while collaborating closely with engineering, QHSE, and project teams.
Knowledge of Belgian telecom safety standards and regulations;Experience working with contractors and subcontractors in telecom environments.
