This challenging role involves growing sales volume and margin across the Motion portfolio by driving growth, building trust with customers, and spotting opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for promoting cutting-edge solutions for energy efficiency, Industry 4.0, and expanding the reach of our motors and drives portfolio in East and West Flanders region.
Main Tasks:
* Grow sales volume and margin across the Motion portfolio.
* Bid excellent service to build strong customer relationships.
* Identify and develop new markets in close collaboration with the Sales team.
* Transform market trends into tailored solutions with support from marketing and technical teams.
* Stay informed about customer and industry developments.
About You
We seek a motivated and customer-focused professional who is eager to grow and make a difference.
* You should have a technical education at bachelor's or master's level, knowledge of electrical drive technology, pumps, fans, cooling automation, and IoT, or a strong willingness to learn.
* A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships is essential.
* A solutions-oriented mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit, and experience working in a team environment are required.
* Strong commercial insight and a results-driven attitude are crucial.
* Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
