The Hotel Director will have the following responsibilities:
1. Lead recruitment efforts and foster the training, development, and motivation of the team.
2. Manage and supervise the organization of personnel, ensuring efficient operation.
3. Exhibit participatory leadership to maintain a positive work environment and set a good example.
4. Ensure high-quality service delivery to customers, managing complaints effectively when necessary.
5. Expand the customer base and explore new commercial development channels while managing online reputation and feedback.
6. Oversee budget preparation, credit management, and cost optimization while maintaining quality and a positive work environment.
Minimum Requirements:
* 5 years of experience in Hotel Management.
* Academic background: Diploma/Degree in Tourism.
* Highly valued qualifications: Master's in Hospitality Management or MBA.
* Language proficiency: Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
