- Oversee the budget follow-up process and create clear overviews of the team's budget usage.
- Manage and maintain the department's SharePoint platforms and support KPI reporting and visualisation tools.
- Provide administrative support for projects, events, and initiatives within the team.
- Contribute creative ideas and proposals that help promote a strong quality culture across the European organisation and its manufacturing sites.
- Work closely with the administrative team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support for the department.
- Participate actively in team initiatives and activities that encourage engagement and team motivation.
Jouw profiel
- Educational background in administration, business management, or a similar field, preferably with exposure to larger or multinational organisations.
- At least one year of experience in an administrative role, ideally within an international environment.
- Familiarity with purchase order and invoicing procedures is considered an advantage.
- Strong command of English is required; knowledge of Japanese or additional languages is a plus.
- Very good skills in Microsoft Office and digital tools, including Power BI and Power Automate.
- You are organised, proactive, flexible, and able to handle pressure. You are comfortable working with numbers and have a strong service-oriented mindset.
