As Brand Manager for our biggest brand
, Devos & Lemmens
, you will be the driving force behind its brand growth in the
foodservice
combined with
strategic projects in retail.
You combine strategic thinking with a sharp feel for brand and customer, translating market insights into strong, future-proof brand choices. With a conscious eye, you help D&L continue to grow in a rapidly changing foodservice & retail landscape. You will be part of our dynamic marketing team and report directly to the Marketing Manager.
Here's what you'll do:
* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive brand growth mainly across foodservice and retail.
* Conduct thorough market analyses to uncover trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes.
* Shape our brand's future with a robust innovation pipeline, leveraging both consumer insights and food retailer needs.
* Build effective B2B marketing media campaigns to accelerate acquisition, strengthen loyalty, and improve retention.
* Play an active role in shaping & implementing the promotion and activation strategy within the foodservice environment.
* Manage agency relationships to ensure seamless execution and alignment with brand objectives.
* Serve as a recognized authority on your brands and categories within the organization, contributing to strategic business meetings and reviews.

Requirements:
About You
* You hold a Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field and have at least 5 years of hands‑on marketing experience.
* You have proven expertise in product and brand management, with a genuine passion for food. Experience driving NPD is a strong plus.
* You look back to relevant experience in the foodservice channel. Solid knowledge of the Belgian retail and foodservice landscape are significant advantages.
* You are fluent in Dutch, and have a strong proficiency in French and English to navigate our multilingual environment.
* You bring strong leadership and project management skills, combined with sharp analytical thinking and commercial acumen.
* You are able to craft and communicate a compelling brand vision.
