Your role & responsibilities: In this Manager role, you will lead meaningful, high‑impact engagements that help clients improve cost efficiency, pricing strategies, and financial transparency. You will: Lead cost & profitability management projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring teams feel supported and empowered. Deliver tailored recommendations that help clients optimize cost structures, enhance product and customer profitability, and strengthen strategic decision‑making. Apply proven best practices in cost modeling, allocation methodologies, and financial performance analysis. Identify growth opportunities and play a key role in developing proposals and client presentations. Build strong, trusting relationships with client stakeholders and help expand KPMG’s presence in this space. Act as a mentor and coach for junior colleagues, fostering their development and encouraging inclusive team dynamics. SDBC CFO LI-IK1 Location Zaventem HQ Skills & Qualifications Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field. 5 to 10 years of experience in financial management consulting — this consulting background is essential. Demonstrated expertise in cost modeling, allocation methodologies, and profitability analysis. Experience in finance transformation, process improvement, and change management. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. A high level of attention to detail and precision in financial reporting and modeling. Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (written and spoken). AI-ready leadership skills — confidently navigating AI topics and communicating them clearly to clients and colleagues.
