As the conductor of the client’s Field Marketing initiatives across LATAM, you will operate our delivery engine for this account. You’ll orchestrate the entire pipeline—from strategy to flawless execution—ensuring a seamless flow from initial spark to final activation within the regional B2B ecosystem. This challenge requires a strategic mind and robust project management skills to lead cross‑functional efforts, ensuring our creative supply chain consistently exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
* Primary Liaison : Act as the main point of contact for the client and partner agencies, aligning with global teams (Activation, Regional Marketing) to ensure strategy and ROI.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration : Mobilize internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Support) to drive successful event execution and develop customized actions based on commercial needs.
Campaign & Event Execution
* Regional Delivery: Lead the planning, briefing, and execution of events across the LATAM region (including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Peru), ensuring targeted audience levels (Developers to C-Levels).
* End-to-End Activation : Manage the "relationship touch-o-meter" and design scalable programs that integrate strategy, content organization, and staff planning.
Data & Performance Tracking
* Technical Oversight : Master Marketo and Salesforce to mirror initiatives, track lead follow‑up, and report on pipeline impact and ROI.
* Actionable Insights : Analyze third‑party data and internal dashboards to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing success.
Strategic Project Management
* Operational Excellence : Prioritize high-impact tasks and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring all initiatives align with the client’s business objectives.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Must have
* 4 years of experience in B2B Marketing
* Agency experience is a must!
* Corporate B2B Event production experience
* Strong and proven program management skills and experience, including coordinating agencies and engaging with a highly matrixed, cross‑functional, global organization
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* English Level: Full professional proficiency
