* Execute local commercial and marketing plans
* Translate global brand and segment strategies into locally relevant execution plans
* Contribute to the development of growth plans using consumer insights, data, and market trends
* Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions or opportunities for growth
* Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of initiatives with strong attention to impact and results
2. Go-to-Market Execution & Activation
* Own the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across all touchpoints (media, digital, in-store, shopper activation)
* Lead the rollout of campaigns ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines and strong local relevance
* Oversee and manage external agencies (creative, media, digital, PR)
* Ensure excellence in execution across channels with a focus on speed, simplicity, and effectiveness
3. Consumer & Insight-Led Marketing
* Leverage consumer insights, data, and trends to identify opportunities and drive decision-making
* Maintain strong curiosity and empathy toward consumers to anticipate evolving needs
* Translate insights into compelling innovation, communication, and activation ideas
* Continuously test, learn, and improve marketing effectiveness
4. Brand & Portfolio Management
* Support the execution of global brand strategies while owning local brand activation when applicable
* Drive innovation and renovation initiatives, ensuring successful local deployment
* Contribute to portfolio strategy by identifying growth opportunities and optimization areas
* Deliver 360° brand activation plans across the cluster
5. Commercial & In-Market Excellence
* Partner closely with Sales to ensure strong customer execution and in-store visibility
* Develop compelling commercial materials and presentations to support retailer engagement
* Optimize pricing, promotions, and channel strategies to drive performance
* Ensure products meet both consumer expectations and commercial targets
6. Performance Tracking & Optimization
* Monitor and analyze key KPIs including campaign effectiveness, market share, ROI, and execution quality
* Ensure efficient use of A&P budgets with strong focus on return on investment
* Provide structured feedback to global teams on performance and execution learnings
* Drive continuous improvement through data-led decision-making
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
* Act as a central point of coordination across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners
* Build strong relationships and alignment within a matrix organization
* Ensure operational readiness for campaigns, launches, and activations
* Influence stakeholders to drive the cluster agenda and deliver business objectives
* Proven experience in FMCG marketing (strategy and/or activation)
* Strong expertise in Go-to-Market, brand activation, and commercial execution
* Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
* Experience working in a global/matrix organization
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach
* Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
* Fluent in business English + French or Dutch
