Job Description The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for analyzing maintenance data to identify machines that do not meet business objectives. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Electromechanics or equivalent experience, with a strong technical insight and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Analyze maintenance data to identify machines that do not meet business objectives.
Use analysis methods such as Root Cause Analyse (RCA), Bad Actor Analyse (BAA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Condition Based Monitoring (CBM).
Focus on predictive and proactive maintenance rather than reactive maintenance.
Identify and prioritize maintenance activities, and develop and implement improvement proposals.
Participate in audits and other legal requirements.
Maintain the maintenance management system up-to-date.
Responsibilities Conduct maintenance data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes.
Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in Electromechanics or equivalent experience.
Strong technical insight and ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch, with knowledge of English and French.
Affinity with maintenance and equipment, with a focus on cost-effective solutions.
Knowledge of Ultimo, SAP, or similar CMMS systems.
