Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and system integration. You will design and maintain the technical architecture of a key product, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, and Agile teams, guiding them with clear technical direction and ensuring smooth integration with AS400 systems and other applications.
Responsibilities
• Define the end-to-end solution architecture for the product.
• Set technical standards and ensure reuse of components.
• Translate business needs into scalable and secure solutions.
• Align product architecture with enterprise guidelines.
• Ensure integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems.
• Review designs, data models, and code for compliance with architecture principles.
• Support Agile squads with technical coaching.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Profile
Technical Skills
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
• Knowledge of AS400 environments and integration methods (APIs, microservices, event-driven, ESB).
•Practical experience with Azure cloud services.
•Understanding of data governance.
•Agile working experience is a plus.
Other Skills
• Ability to bridge business and IT requirements.
•Clear communicator, able to defend and explain solutions.
•Leadership skills to guide teams without direct authority.
Education & Experience
• Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• 5+ years as a Solution Architect.
