A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.At Pixie (part of Kube Group), we are looking for a Senior Business Change Consultant to support a large-scale digital transformation program.This role focuses on defining and driving the change management strategy for the implementation of an integrated ERP-based platform, aimed at digitising business processes and asset registries.Success in this position means ensuring strong adoption of new systems and processes across the organisation, effectively managing stakeholder engagement, and enabling a smooth transition through clear communication, training, and change initiatives. This role is key in supporting business teams throughout the transformation and ensuring long-term sustainability of the new operating model.ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement a global change management strategyManage communication plans (internal and external), training programs, and adoption initiativesIdentify key stakeholders and drive engagement across the organisationAnticipate and manage resistance to changeDevelop tailored content and materials to support business teamsSupport the transformation of processes, methodologies, and toolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementationQualificationsStrong experience in change management within IT and ERP transformation programsProven ability to define and execute structured change strategiesExperience working with multiple stakeholders in complex environmentsSolid understanding of project xjsrcvq management methodologies and phasesExperience in public sector or large organisations is a plusExposure to ERP environments (e.g., Odoo) is a plusFluency in French (near-native) is mandatory; English is a plusStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence and coach without hierarchical authorityStructured, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindsetHigh adaptability and resilienceStrong collaboration skills and client-oriented approach
